Custom Orders
All custom orders are created intentionally and in collaboration with the client. Consultations are required before any custom work begins. Deposits are non refundable. Final payment is required prior to production. We do not recreate or replicate other artists’ designs. All custom work is created in the unique style of The Kreative Unikorn.
Sales
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered.
Shipping
Ready to ship items typically process within 1 to 2 weeks. Custom order timelines vary based on workload and demand. Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $5.55. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. The Kreative Unikorn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
Handmade Nature
All creations are handmade and may include natural variations. This is part of the character and integrity of the work.
Claims
If there is a concern related to your order, please email kreativeunikorn@gmail.com. Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. If negligence on our part is confirmed, store credit may be issued for the cost of the product only. Shipping and taxes are not included. No cash refunds are provided.
