Please note that payment plan options can ONLY be used for tangible goods and not for any courses/classes. bookings, consultations, gift cards and services. This includes ALL payment plan options available on The Kreative Unikorn LLC site (Shoppay, Afterpay, and Klarna)

The custom order process prior to creation of the piece requires a lot of energy from the creator and the client, and the process must be respected. In lieu of a few abandoned invoices over the last few months, The Kreative Unikorn LLC has decided to update the custom order policy/process.

A nonrefundable $55 consult/ custom order fee is now required to claim your spot on the custom order list, and to lock in your quote. It is also required to book your consult. The consult fee goes towards your total custom order purchase. Please note custom order fees must be paid in full, and cannot be processed under any payment plan option provided at checkout. This includes Shoppay, Afterpay, and Klarna.

Invoices are due upon receipt. Only paid invoices guarantee your price quote and secures your space on the custom order list. The creation process DOES NOT begin until payment has been made in full. Custom order creation and processing times is 14 days. Please note that invoices that are not paid within 5 days of receipt will be deleted, and your quote may be subject to change. After a second quote for the same or new project and invoice is sent but is not paid, client will no longer be allowed to request custom creations by The Kreative Unikorn LLC. Failure to communicate with The Kreative Unikorn LLC after a second quote/invoice has been sent will result in the client being unable to request custom orders indefinitely. Kreative Unikorn, LLC ready to ship items now has a 1-2 week processing and shipping time. Custom orders will now be based on demand/ workload. Shipping is still flat rate, at $7.77 for US orders unless otherwise indicated.

PLEASE NOTE: Creation and shipping times can vary during the peak season (June thru September), so be sure to order your creations far enough in advance. Please note processing and creation times for custom orders is 14 days. The Kreative Unikorn LLC does not offer expedited shipping of any kind. upon shipping, a tracking number is generated and will be forwarded to the Client within 24 hours of the package being shipped. It is then the Client's responsibility to keep account of all tracking information, Kreative Unikorn, LLC will not be responsible to track client packages. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Once the package tracking has read "Delivered", Kreative Unikorn,LLC no longer assumes any responsibility for lost or stolen packages; with the exception of a confirmation of the wrong shipping address being placed on the package by Kreative Unikorn, LLC. At which point, a claim may be filed by the Client at mail to: kreativeunikorn@gmail.com.
