Here's an idea for a quick release ritual!

What you'll need:

paper

pen

lighter

herbal smoke holder

1. Write out anything you want to let go of, stop doing or simply completely be done with! Be certain that you are ready to release these things from your life.
2. fold the paper three times away from you, keeping in mind that you are no longer in need of these people/situations etc.
3. clip your paper into the holder and set it on fire! Always use proper safety precautions when working with fire.
   
4. Give thanks for the successful release of these elements from your life! Wear any green or yellow stone throughout the day, to attract wanted elements into your life.
